You don't need to shout to make your point? Are you on your period? Says the woman wearing the red lipstick... These are all questions and comments that women have to grapple with sharing their voice with the world.

In this episode, Toni shares her experience and desire to create content that evokes dialogue and debate on a platform that has a beauty algorithm. We explore why these algorithms exist and how they impact women and the content they create. Sorcha and Toni reflect on their own experience with bias and how these algorithms transcend from offline to offline.
